Mandy Moore created the ballad version of Umbrella. NICE.
I tried to find the remix video of Rihanna and Chris Brown but to no avail, though many montages editted by the public. So not original.
And in one of my module, we had to analyse the lyrics and videos. And came out with analyses like Umbrella connotating, errrm, 'condom'..and 'raining' for the last part "OOh baby its raining, raining, come into me.." as 'ejaculation'. lolness.
At home is rush madness. With curtains and furniture polish and what nots, How am I gonna complete my assignments??!!!!

Exactly a year ago during Ramadhan, I had a tough time surviving in NIE. It does not help that I stayed in hostel so I had to deal with the loneliness. Ain was there to comfort me but she on the other hand, have her own stuff so I can't keep bothering her. I remembered almost quitting NIE, hurrr. And relationship problems too.
I dropped out of the overseas educational trip as I was having a financial crisis that time. Went into a slight depression and have fever for 1 whole week. Good friends (you know who you are, or rather, were? man, hehe) comforted me through calls and messages and made sure that I pulled through and someone even offered me cash to borrow.
And right now, I am confident and determined. with a boyfriend in tow. =). What more could I ask? How about better grades and more time?hehehe. God bless you all!

How to ask for support and get it
Woman thought that if a man loves her, she would not have to ask for his support. When she's in love, she continues to offer her love to a martian. The more she loves someone, the more she is motivated to love and give support, and no reason to ask for it. On Venus, our motto is "Love is never having to ask".
And since this is her reference point, she assumes that if her partner loves her, he will offer his support and won't have to ask for it.
But since men are from mars, apparently, you have to ask for their support directly. They are not motivated to give support instinctively. If we want support from them, we have to ask.
Intially, if a woman doesnt get the support she wanted, she still is patient as she assumes that he has nothing to give hence, he is not giving it. The woman will still lovingly continues to give, assuming and hoping that he will catch up, sooner or later. But he, however, assumes that he is giving enough, because she continues giving to him.
The thing is, a martian will never realise that she is expecting him to give back. He thinks that if she needed or wanted more out of him, she would stop giving. But since she's from venus, she not only wants more but also expects him to offer his support without being asked. But he is waiting for her to start asking for support.
After a while, she will ask for support from him but at this point, she will have resentment because she has given so much. Then when the man says yes to her asking for his support, she feels "If I have to ask, it doesn't count".
Keeping the magic of love alive
Love brings out the unresolved feelings we have. We will feel so loved that day and the next second, started to hate and argue with each other. Why?
Whenever we are feeling loved ourselves, repressed feelings tend to come up and temporarily overshadow our loving moments. They surfaced suddenly because they wanted to be healed. Thus, we may suddenly become irritable, angry and resentful.
Feelings and memories from the bad past suddenly flooded us as we are in our safety love zone. Love thaws out our repressed feelings from the past and will come to disturb our current relationship. It is as though they popped out after being dormant for a long time and that you did not manage to sort it out before getting into a relationship recently and then, right now they appeared, wanting to be resolved when you have just gotten around to being loved and cared for.
We should be more aware of such things happening in order to maintain a healthy relationship. If not, we will keep getting into fight and keep blaming the partner's past and then we will again, suppress these resentments and the cycle goes on.
